disorganized breakfast unavailable iron
The breakfast felt disorganized. It seemed the new owners still needed to find their footing. An iron was advertised as available, I asked and was told there were none. Our room was not serviced during our 3-night stay so we had to reuse towels.

dirty toilet seat dirty cups
The location was convenient, placing me within walking distance of key attractions.
I encountered some issues regarding room cleanliness. The toilet seat was dirty on the outside and I found some spill marks down the front of the bin. The cups also had black bits in them.

The location was really convenient. Just a short walk from the train station! the breakfast was also a nice start to the day. It included a good full english.
The room felt a bit small for a family room, really more like a double room! a bunk bed seemed squeezed in there. the bathroom was also quite small. It was hard to dry off after showering.

Breakfast included brand name cereals. A full english breakfast featured mushrooms cooked in butter. Fresh coffee and yorkshire tea were available. The hotel is a five minute walk from the train station. It is also close to the tower, winter gardens and the north pier.
The toilet seat had dirt on the outside. The bin had spill marks down the front. The cups contained black bits. The bedside lamp was covered in dust.

The staff provided fans when requested because it was warm. Staff addressed all requests immediately. Assistance was always available.

immaculate room and superb breakfast
cute host super clean room ample toast
the host proved cute. the room presented as super clean. breakfast included a wide cereal selection, ample toast, and a delicious full english option. i also took advantage of several refills of the amazing coffee.
i noticed the absence of an iron. i hoped to find one available, but i learned that one was not available for use.

the family room shower offered ample space. the room was meticulously maintained and presented as very clean and tidy. the bedding was fresh, and the layout maximized space.

the service impressed me. the owner showed great attention to detail and a genuine desire to ensure i had a pleasant stay. the staff responded quickly to requests. i felt very accommodated.
